Cancellation Policy


Tour bookings for The Alpaca Hacienda can be changed or refunded any time prior to three (3) days of the tour scheduled date. Within three (3) days prior to the booking date tour fees are not refundable,  however we can reschedule your tour for a different date upon request. Tours may be cancelled for inclement weather (rain and excessive heat), and we will notify our guests 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. At that time your tour can be rescheduled for a later date or refunded. In the event of a No Show by the customer, the customer's tour date will not be rescheduled. The customer will forfeit any dollars paid for their tour.


  In the event the customer is receiving a refund for their tour fees the monies paid will be credited back to the credit card the customer used at the time of the booking. If the fees cannot be refunded back to their credit card, a check will be mailed to the customer less any fees or charges for the use of their credit card.​
